Barley’s Knee Surgery - Please donate

Barley is a 10 month old English Cocker Spaniel rescued from the animal shelter. He was diagnosed on 3/13/2009 with lateral luxation of the patella grade 4 on both hind legs. He needs surgery that costs approximately $2550.00 per leg, minimum. Without the surgery he soon won’t be able to walk. Please donate.
